Hi, I’m Wajid Raza, a product designer who happens to be visually impaired.
Living with an inherited visual condition means many digital experiences are not built with someone like me in mind. Rather than viewing that as a barrier, it has shaped how I approach design. I believe accessibility is not a checklist or a late stage fix. It is a responsibility and an opportunity to create digital experiences that genuinely include everyone.
That perspective led me to found RIV (pronounced “R4”). RIV provides accessibility audits and remediation services for organizations that want to reduce legal risk, strengthen compliance, and build digital products that are inclusive from the ground up.
Our Mission
RIV exists to make accessibility practical, measurable, and embedded into how organizations build digital products.
Our work is guided by four principles:
Respect
Designing with empathy and honoring the lived experiences of people with disabilities.
Reach
Expanding access so more people can engage with digital products and services.
Relevance
Ensuring accessibility aligns with real user needs and meaningful business outcomes.
Reliability
Delivering audits, documentation, and solutions that stand up to scrutiny.
Our Global Partnerships
To support projects across time zones and budgets, RIV works with trusted development partners globally. Every engagement receives hands-on oversight to ensure design integrity, technical quality, and accessibility compliance.
